About the role
The NAPSS ICSS Psychosocial services provide person-centred support, including goal setting, transition planning, as well as application and transition to NDIS services. The services employ a two-tiered approach to support:

You will provide person-centred, recovery-oriented support to clients to achieve their recovery goals, build capacity to live safely in the community, strengthen social connections, achieve wellbeing goals and live independently.
