About the role
We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Executive Assistant, to support the Executive Director (ED), Research, Advocacy & Policy Development and the wider team, for a part time opportunity in the Burnley area. As the first point of contact, you will represent the business by providing administrative services at Executive level, manage enquiries and correspondence, support internal and external stakeholders, manage travel and meeting bookings, perform diary management and schedule coordination, prepare meeting minutes, and deliver project work and reports.
The Research, Advocacy & Policy Development division has a national focus, driving Mind’s goal of building a stronger Australian mental health system. Responsible for research, evaluation, business development, clinical governance, policy, and advocacy, the division leads strategic initiatives, including a five-year plan for advocacy and social change. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and the community, the team works to influence policy, test innovative solutions, raise public awareness, and build coalitions to drive meaningful social change.
