About the opportunities
Mind Australia are seeking expressions of interest for people interested in employment for all of Regional Victoria in our Residential, Psychosocial, Transitional, Complex Care, Adult & Youth PARC and Youth Services. If you are a compassionate individual who wants to work in the mental health sector contribute to the Victorian Regional Community and you have completed your studies in Certificates 3 and 4 in Community Services, Mental Health and related areas then we want to hear from you.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following roles:
Mental Health Support Worker
Provide support with daily living tasks, such as appointment reminders, meal planning and preparation, personal care, medication management, and more. This role focuses on meeting individuals at their level, empowering them to work towards independent living through a staged recovery approach.
Community Mental Health Practitioner
In addition to the duties of a Mental Health Support Worker, this role involves collaborating with key members of the client’s recovery team, including clinical partners, support coordinators, and family members. Key responsibilities include coordinating care team meetings, ensuring Mind Essential Recovery Documents are up to date, and aligning them with the client’s long-term goals for independence and recovery.
