About the role
The Haven Foundation (THF), a subsidiary of Mind, is a community housing provider building and providing safe, stable housing and support solutions for people living with complex mental ill health and psychosocial disability. In partnership with the Enterprise Risk and Governance business unit, THF will provide organisational risk, compliance and assurance services, systems and processes to Mind and its controlled entities. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, Enterprise Risk and Governance aims to achieve consistent service delivery and comply with internal and external policy, standards and practice.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Governance & Compliance Partner for a permanent, part time (23 hours per week) opportunity to work at our Central Office in the Heidelberg area. With work from home options, you will implement, monitor and improve compliance and governance systems, tools and processes to support service delivery. The Governance & Compliance Partner will support the community housing and residential services to meet compliance standards, regulations, and policy.
