About the role
This is an internal Part Time Fixed Term (31 hours per week) opportunity for a compassionate and resilient Community Mental Health Practitioner based at our Frankston Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC). You will work with clients to return to a place of residence and a meaningful life supporting them through a staged approach to recovery, making linkages and building relationships and referral pathways to maintain or create a range of local supports.
