About the role
We are seeking compassionate, self-motivated Community Mental Health Practitioners for permanent part-time (8 hours/week) opportunities to work in the Sub-Acute Short Stay Adult Step-Up Step-Down (ASUSD) residential service in the Bundaberg area. You will provide intensive, person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to clients to achieve their wellbeing goals, build capacity and daily living skills, strengthen social connections, enhance community networks, and grow confidence to live independently in the community.
