About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our Fee for Service team on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, families, carers and external stakeholders, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience for people accessing Mind services. You will provide a broad range of administrative, customer service and reporting support, including appointment scheduling, client coordination, data entry, performance reporting, billing support, and facility and fleet coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for clients, families, carers and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate client appointments, referrals and service access, supporting clients to engage with Mind's services.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, including record management, billing processes, correspondence and general office coordination.
- Maintain accurate client and service data, preparing reports and supporting performance monitoring and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, funding bodies and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
- Support day-to-day service operations including facility and fleet coordination.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Business Administration or a related field, and/or equivalent administration experience in a related industry.
- Experience in administration, customer service and data entry within community services, healthcare, disability, not-for-profit or related sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data skills, including experience working with large datasets and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
