About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Executive Assistant for a permanent, full time opportunity in the Burnley area. You will provide high level executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, working closely with other senior management. Acting as the first point of contact, managing enquiries, correspondence, diary coordination, meetings and travel, preparing agendas, minutes and reports, and providing stakeholder and project support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high level executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a broad range of tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, diary and appointments in response to changing needs of the CEO, internal and external priorities and organisational needs.
- Manage and re-prioritise tasks based on changing needs of the CEO and the organisation.
- Ensure all reporting and correspondence is managed in a timely, high quality manner to meet the needs of the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Senior Managers, stakeholders, service providers, partners and clients.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Business Administration or other related field as designated by Mind and/or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
- Significant demonstrated experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Administrative Support role in a complex, contemporary environment.
- Strong experience in high level administration, diary and agenda management, scheduling, meeting and event coordination, and travel bookings.
- Ability to prepare draft responses for senior management, compile and manage correspondence and minutes, collate and disseminate information and data, and complete reporting.
