About the Service
The Fee For Service (FFS) program offers a range of specialist interventions and approaches to people with psychosocial disability and complex needs who have NDIS plans and/or TAC and WorkCover support packages with the focus on maximising recovery outcomes in a fee for service model
About the role
We are seeking an empathetic, self-motivated Mental Health Practitioner for a fixed-term, full-time opportunity until June 2026, delivering outreach support across the Melbourne metropolitan area for people receiving TAC/WorkSafe funding. In this role you will provide personalised, recovery-oriented support to people living with mental ill-health in the community. This includes one-on-one and group support, case management, coordination of services, assistance accessing services, education and vocational guidance, and recreational activities. You’ll play a key role in empowering clients with choice, control over their services and recovery goals.
