Where?

We're preparing to launch several new Haven Residential services across regional Victoria and are seeking Expressions of Interest from people interested in joining our teams in:

  • Wonthaggi
  • Moe
  • Kilmore
  • Warrnambool
  • Wangaratta
  • Wodonga

 

Opportunities available (at all sites)

Psychosocial Disability Support Worker (Level 2 – multiple positions)

  • Support participants to achieve their recovery, wellbeing and independence goals
  • Build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred support
  • Work as part of a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes

Site Coordinator (Level 4)

  • Provide on-shift leadership, support and guidance to frontline staff
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure safe, effective service delivery
  • Support decision-making, problem solving and appropriate escalation of issues

As new services come online, opportunities may be offered on a permanent, fixed-term or casual basis, with most positions ranging from 22.5 to 30 hours per week.

 

Who Should Apply?

You don't necessarily need to tick every box. Experience in mental health, disability, community services, health care, education, aged care, ex-emergency services or other support-focused roles are highly regarded, but we encourage applications from people who:

  • Are currently studying with partially completed qualifications
  • Bring valuable lived, work or transferable experience
  • Have been considering a career in community mental health or disability support and are ready to take the next step
